Practical information

Duration of the activity

For children 4 to 5 years old: 60 minutes
For elementary and high school students: 90 minutes
For adults: on demand

Entrance fee

Without workshop for groups of 10 children or more:
$5.75 per child (taxes included)
With workshop for groups of 10 children or more:
$5.75 per child (taxes included)
Free for chaperones
(1 chaperone for 10 children /
$8.05 for additional adult)

A bill will be sent after your visit to the museum.

Booking

Activities are offered by reservation only, at least 3 weeks before the event. To save a date, or for more information about the activities or programming, please communicate with the museum’s educational service, Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, at (450) 756-0311, extension 250, or with education@museejoliette.org.

Dining area

The MAJ offers a place to eat for school groups who bring their meals. Reservation required.

Evaluation

After your visit, you will receive an evaluation form. Please inform us of your impressions and comments to help us improve our activities.

Cancellation or time change

No fees will be required for cancellations more than 15 days before an event or due to the complete closing of your school board (in case of a snowstorm for example). For any cancellation done less than 15 days before an event, you will be charged 20% of the total amount.
